Stepping On

As many as one in three older adults fall each year. This seven-week program will show you how to reduce your chance of falling. You’ll also learn how to build your balance and self-confidence.

Topics include how to:

  • Build strength and improve your balance 
  • Make your home safe from falls
  • Choose the right footwear and clothing 
  • Use medicines correctly to prevent falls
  • Stay safe in public places

Walk with Ease

If you have arthritis, this 6-week program can help you start walking and become more active. It’s also good for diabetes, heart disease and other conditions. Can you be on your feet for at least 10 minutes without feeling more pain? If you can, this class can help you:

  • Have less pain and stiffness
  • Become stronger, improve your balance and walk faster
  • Move and stretch more easily
