What is meditation?

Meditation vs. mindfulness

While meditation and mindfulness are both about being aware and in the moment, they are different. Meditation is a seated practice. Mindfulness can be, too, but the difference is that mindfulness can be practiced anywhere. Also, mindfulness includes the practice of meditation.
