Staying healthy & active after 55

Health, safety and other professionals will discuss many important topics intended for those aged 55 or older. Please join us monthly for educational presentations on a variety of topics, including fall prevention, immunizations, osteoporosis and more. The topic for October is breast cancer awareness.

All classes and events at the Optum Deer Valey Community Center are open to the general public at no cost. Programming geared toward the 55+ community.
