How can I start seeing an OptumCare doctor?
If you want to see an OptumCare Primary Care doctor, here are the steps you’ll need to take.
If you have Original Medicare
Choose an OptumCare Primary Care doctor and clinic. Call the clinic and ask if the doctor accepts Original Medicare.
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan
Ask the plan to help you choose a primary care doctor who is part of OptumCare Network of Arizona or who is an OptumCare Primary Care doctor.
If you have a family or individual plan
Ask the plan to help you choose an OptumCare Primary Care doctor in its network.
Or, choose an OptumCare Primary Care clinic near you, and ask which doctors accept your insurance.
