    Call the Optum Sales Support Center. We’ll connect you with knowledgeable licensed insurance agents. They’re friendly and supportive and trained to help you find a plan that’s right for you.

    A representative from Optum Sales Support Center can connect you with a licensed insurance agent in your area to review your health insurance plan options. 

    Optum Sales Support Center connects Medicare beneficiaries with resources including licensed insurance agents that sell Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription drug plans.

  • Optum Care offers health care that’s built around you. Optum Care is not a health plan itself. If your health plan partners with Optum Care there is no extra charge for choosing a doctor within our network.

    There is also no extra charge for many of our health services if they are offered in your area. These may include:

    • Primary care
    • Specialty care
    • Urgent care
    • Care for people with Medicare Advantage
    • Advanced care

    If you are an uninsured or a self-pay patient, you have the right to request a good faith estimate of expected charges prior to receiving services.
