How can I start seeing an OptumCare doctor?
If you want to see an OptumCare primary care doctor, there are two steps you’ll need to take.
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan:
1. Ask the plan if you can switch to a primary care doctor who is part of OptumCare.
2. Choose an OptumCare primary care doctor.
If you don't have a Medicare Advantage plan:
1. Choose a plan that includes OptumCare in its network.
2. Choose an OptumCare primary care doctor.
