Fitness center

The Optum Fitness Center is designed especially for older adults. It offers:

  • Supervised fitness programs
  • One-on-one training
  • On-site classes
  • Online fitness tracking
  • Free SilverSneakers classes (for those on Medicare)

All of the programs can help with strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.

We also offer therapy classes for those with arthritis. This is when you have joint pain, swelling or stiffness. The classes help you exercise safely so you don’t put too much strain on joints and muscles. The classes are held in our heated pool.

Please call for our current class schedule.

Physical therapy centers

Our physical therapists use exercise and education to help if you have pain and weakness. These issues may be due to an operation or long-term medical problem. Without physical therapy, it might be hard for you to be active and have a good quality of life.

Physical therapists can help you move better without pain. They also teach you how to do exercises on your own. This can help you stay active with less pain after therapy ends.

Your doctor will let you know if physical therapy is right for you. If he or she orders physical therapy for you, the office will schedule it at one of our three centers:
