At Optum Arizona, we offer a full range of primary care services to patients in all of Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Coconino and Yavapi counties, including more than 40 clinics and more than 800 providers throughout the state.

Your primary care doctor can also connect you to specialists, surgery centers, mental health professionals and other helpful services.

Our care teams offer helpful services, resources and programs. These include in-home visits, advance care planning and medicine reviews.

You call also get your Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) at our Optum Community Centers throughout Arizona, by virtual visit or from your primary care doctor.
