OptumCare® Network of Arizona is the group of providers that supports your clients and their doctors through personalized, coordinated care. We offer proactive, managed care plus other services for both you and your clients. We work to ensure your clients get the services they need, when they need them. We do this by providing supportive customer service, quality care and ample provider options in their communities.

This includes primary, specialty and urgent care, as well as senior care and advanced care for serious illness and chronic conditions. Each of our locations offers a full calendar of events, fitness center and social spaces to help improve physical, mental and emotional health.
