OptumCare® Network of Arizona is the group of providers that supports your clients and their doctors through personalized, coordinated care. We offer proactive, managed care plus other services for both you and your clients. We work to ensure your clients get the services they need, when they need them. We do this by providing supportive customer service, quality care and ample provider options in their communities.
  • We know that it can be challenging to help your clients understand what a network does. We have resources available to help you:

  • As a network, OptumCare Network of Arizona offers your clients valuable support in multiple areas. We provide a full range of services when and where patients need it. This includes primary, specialty and urgent care, as well as senior care and advanced care for serious illness and chronic conditions. Specialized programs are available for patients with complex needs.

  • Your clients can choose from a large network of more than 600 primary care doctors, 3,500 specialists and 17 hospitals in Maricopa County.

  • UnitedHealthcare and Optum® are two major UnitedHealth Group businesses. UnitedHealthcare is focused on health benefits, and Optum is focused on health services. Optum
  • Optum is part of UnitedHealth Group and has five core capabilities:

    OptumCare is part of Optum. OptumCare focuses on care delivery and serving patients, providers and health plans.

  • No. OptumRx is not OptumCare. It’s the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solution within Optum. OptumCare is also a part of Optum. Your clients may have OptumRx through their insurance plan. OptumCare does not provide the pharmacy benefits to your clients.
  • OptumCare Network of Arizona Community Centers offer programming geared toward the 55+ community. We have locations in Chandler, Deer Valley and Goodyear. Each of our locations offers a full calendar of events, fitness center and social spaces to help improve physical, mental and emotional health. All classes and programs are offered at no extra cost to your clients.
